Near Abilene Texas. For the last 8-10 years I’ve been treating my seed before planting. We’ve always used some variant of “Gaucho.” This year is Sativa IMF Sembolite Max. Everything early planted was treated. We will start another round in about a week. Am I wasting money? I’d like to hear your thoughts.

Depends. We quit several years ago because we thought it was a waste of money, especially on Summer Fallow. But if you're planting into wet warm soils, there might be something there. Especially heavy residue.

We went from branded gaucho to mixing our own generic to nothing.
