Hi Garth. That's a 219 engine. If it was water in oil, I'd be pretty nervous because I've always heard that they are notorious for electrolysis near the o-ring on the sleeve. If replacing the cooler didn't fix it, I guess I'd try replacing the head gasket, and probably surfacing the head while it's off. Are you 100% sure that it is still leaking? The only reason I ask is that we had an old Ford 360 that was putting oil in water a couple years back. Turned out to be head gasket on that one, but it seemed like it took forever to get the oil out of the cooling system.

I'll swap you that leaking 219 for a good running slant 6 Chrysler, out of a 2250 just in case you're interested. Yeah....didn't think so, can't blame me for trying. :-)
