I know what you are saying. Make sure you talk slowly and clearly when leaving a voicemail might help, i know ive got messages before and they talk so fast or theres background noise you cannot get any info from the message.
Or they leave a long winded message only to leave their number at the end and blow through it so quick you have to listen through the entire message five times to catch it all.
For the love of Pete...name and number should be at the beginning and end of a message.
At least they leave a number, I get many , no name no number, just a message with "call me back." UHHHH, OK, I would, but it don't work too well punching in random numbers , and hoping.
I just look at my caller ID. No need to leave a number
AHHH, So you're one of them..... If you have no cell service, there is no caller ID, it doesn't show up on whoever's phone you called. THEY CAN'T CALL you back.
Nope to be safe I always leave a call back number but most of the time they don't need it. Who doesn't have caller ID these days?
See highlighted above - Surprising how many don't know this. Trying to get "tech support from a security system place, their process is - fill out a form on their website with your phone number. They call when it's "your turn" and, since I am frequently in areas with poor cell service. They call and say "this is GW Security tech support call us back." And hang up with no number to call them back on. Stay way from GW Security , they have ZERO customer support.
