Subject: Jimson weed control in organic fields

Central PA
We are seeing a jimson weed problem in some fields, mostly in corn and sunflower (probably imported with poultry litter). I know the seed is prolific, long survival and large seed, and spreads with the combine. What recomendations would you have to bring the fields back to a low or no infestation rate?
Several years of forage? More row cropping with cultivation? Flaming? Small grains in spring or fall ?
