ESW ND | Looks much like the "ringworm" I had years ago. I tried the strong iodine for calf navels, a lot of other methods too. This went on for about 3 weeks or so. Finally had to go to doctor. They biopsied a plug. It was a fungal type infection. They gave me some strong cream. Don't remember if I took anything else. Took it away in time. Never came back. Can still see the faint "scar". Same size as yours but on my wrist. Mine never itched. Just had the little weep pockets and redness. Started and stayed the same size. Fortunately never spread either.
