If you get it after you've eaten a lot of fatty, greasy foods, then it is likely gall bladder. My wife had hers out a couple of years ago and hers would flare if she had foods like that over a few days. Some get it after one meal.
You know, a doctor's office is the best place for a diagnosis.
Gallbladder, or something else?
