Our oldest son Andy interviewed my mom before she died. One thing he did was to ask her how to make coffee cake as she was famous for her coffee cake. I would give anything for a piece right now. 

When she passed our youngest son, Sam who was on his way to becoming a minister gave the eulogy and the title was it takes a long time to make a coffee cake. As the service started my moms voice came over the speaker from the interview Andy had done. You should have seen the look on the faces of the family that didn’t know it was coming. It was a special service.
