East Central SD | I'm glad you had a good experience. My luck with them.has been different. Due to health reasons, I had my dealer put new bearings in the main wheels of the tracks on my Brent cart. Long story short, the collars than preload the bearings ran out of threads before the bearings were set, leaving the bearings with almost an eighth of an inch slack. They contacted Brent and they told them to assemble it anyway, and gave him the impression that he shouldn't mention it to me. We ended up adding washers to take up the slack. They also sent the wrong parts, and refused to pay the freight to send the correct parts. Love the cart, but found J&M a much better company to deal with. | |
