Nw Iowa | My dad had to go to Brent mfg today to get a replacement auger for Our Brent cart. Dealer had ordered wrong part and dad noticed that it didn’t quite look right after it was loaded on his pickup. He talked to them at plant and they worked with him to get it corrected. He is 84 yrs old and he commented how patient and kind everybody was even though they were very busy. A big thank you as he had drove 3 hrs one way. | |
