I got offered 150,000 then when ready to e sign all the lien and collateral stipulations in the contract changed my mind! Tried to get it lowered to under 25,000 and was told they couldn’t lower it so I let it expire un signed! Looked like a nightmare of they own your rear in how you buy or sell anything without their approval
