Maybe try to get their permission to sell an old piece of equipment at an auction some time. That will be difference between calling your banker and calling someone at the SBA that doesn’t know you or care about your operation and will go directly by the book.

I took an EIDL for $24,000.

Also, if your current lender has a filing and SBA takes a second, if you ever want to change lenders SBA will need to subordinate their filing. Any guesses how long it will take them to approve that?
