central mo | Thanks for the suggestions ... I think I found the reason why. I downloaded this application called Navizon on both me and my wifes iPhones. It's for tracking each other geographically using GPS and google maps. It sits there all day long and updates coordinates to the cellular tower's in my area. I wasnt aware of this until recently but the iPhone does not have true GPS. It uses triagulation from cellular towers in your area. That would be why it has been eating up all my battery. It's been triangulating with the towers all day long. | |
