northeast ohio | I would go to ER now if you haven’t. It might be further in eye than you think. I had this happen when I was 20. Waited a day and didn’t go to ER until my eye was burning while driving a tractor without a cab. The piece had gone right through the color area of my eye and into the retina. Doctor immediately sent me to Cleveland, Ohio hospital for surgery that same day. They said 24 hours is usually too long and most loose an eye from the chemical reaction. | |
