north west arkansas | We were having an issue breaking a few belts at the lacing so we decided to just put a new set of belts in. The old set had never been sized to match when laced they had just had new laces thrown in them so I figured that was the issue. Anyway we have less then 200 bales on the new set and less then 20 bales on a new lower drive roller and snapped a belt at the lacing. We were baling nice grass hay and wasn’t pushing the machine. We don’t have the tension very high at all. Any ideas? It trashed the new belt and still trying to get it all unjammed as it wrapped around he drive roller.
