Pretty sure that is a new feature of the easement. No reason to widen, if something isn't planned . . .. put conditions in there - anything berried must be at least xxx feet deep (personally, I think 10ft deep is to shallow), anything on top pays a one time $xxx per structure. As pointed out, can't rent / lease to other company. Can't sell easement, without compensation to you. And as posted, Triple what they are offering as a token to the other conditions. |
