And if they let them in and they spread Covid through the home then everyone would be suing them.
Homes here have set up visits in several different ways.
Visits outside with distance enforced, sometimes by a barrier like a fence or visit in the home for short scheduled times with a negative Covid test.
Hospitals with sick people who of course are susceptible to bad reactions from Covid are quite strict on who is allowed to visit, mostly no one or just 1 close family member with negative test.
No one has to like it but un restrained visits could mean death to many.
And yet, there is thousands of documented positive sick people being sent into nursing homes.
I can understand caution, but if a loved one is on their death bed one should be able to get tested and visit them with proper precautions. |
