Mark (EC,IN) - 9/17/2020 20:16 One of my wife's best friend's mother was taken to the hospital (in Louisiana). Wifes friend hasn't seen her mom in person since February (mom in old folks home) .....just through outside window and cell phone visits. They called and said her mom was having trouble breathing and they were taking her to hospital (it doesn't sound good) ......anyway, when the wife's friend gets there her two other sisters are already there. Only one sister was allowed to go in to see mom, and, when that one comes out she will not be allowed in again.....visits over, end of the story. The hospital said if mom was still there tomorrow there would be a two hour period that each sister could go in one at a time and see mom........nursing home said if she comes back, they still can not go in and see her. Just how long are the American people going to put up with this treatment? As someone said the other day, for a virus so deadly you have to take a test to see if you have it. I'm afraid if my mom was still alive and in this situation, the cops would probably have escorted me form that hospital.
