We pretty much have to let it run until it comes out the end. Try not to let it run to long after it runs through. Fields are precision leveled at .1 to .2 per hundred foot. Low ends of most of my fields tend to stay wet a little longer than the high ends. We plant on a pretty good raised bed and also since we have been doing less tillage and planting on stale beds and not cultivating after planting the water runs through pretty good. |
