(it will come as it always does) Illinois land value Index goes back to before WWI and its very useful in seeing the run up that occurred because of WW I and then the correction that occurred in the 1930's. The Run up in the 1970's followed by the correction in the 1980's. THe correction will be somewhere from 50% to 67%. Think about that for a second as you leverage your $10,000 Class A land in Illinois at 70-80% of its current appraised value. There is a correction coming its just a matter of timing and its going to be ugly just like it was in the 1930's and 1980's . | |
