Missouri | They're better than what we have had. They still have a long way to go to compete with parts and service availability of our local Deere dealers. On average, it takes them 2-3 days to get to us on a breakdown needing a tech. I will say our local guys try very hard but I believe corporate handcuffs them with a shoe string budget for service. That being said, Agco only owns 0.5% of new Ag sales in Missouri so maybe there isn't a demand. Their service rates are more expensive per hour than Deere (maybe it's a Cat thing?). Every item I've looked to trade with them, they've been an average of $50,000 lower on trade-in price than Deere (with the same asking price as Deere). I should've prefaced this with the fact that I'm not a green guy and I own several Challenger tractors. Would own more Agco stuff if they had more techs and even got remotely close on their trade numbers.
