| Never been around a grinder mixer. I know some have it where you can feed square bales into it and I was wondering if it is possible to pitchfork round bale hay into it. Or maybe there is an easier way someone could tell me about. A neighbor of mine is grinding sorghum Sudan hay with corn and using that as a creep feed suppliment. He square bales enough for grinding but I do not have a square baler. Also found some small tub grinders that maybe you could grind the hay and discharge it into the grinder mixer. Talking about doing about 50 to 100 bales a year. Pitch forking all that hay doesn't sound real appealing to me. | |
