Pierce county WI | It is still an asset, but since I stored more grain than usual, and pre paying some fertilizer, it looked like expenses up, income down. Banker said it could not be called deferred income? I've never done farmer Mac, so this is new. For the last about 20 years I've had 5 year balloons which have worked out great. I left the one mortgage payment the same as when I started it, originally it was a milk check assignment. I took years off that mortgage. Eventually, interest is going to get more expensive. It's crazy how much cheaper it is now, than when I started. | |
