Do you have any idea how many oil drilling, exploration, service companies and petroleum affiliated companies have filed bankruptcy in the last year? The percentage would be a lot higher than farmers. So greedy? Wrong word.
We did provide electrical services to about 8 drilling companies and we have not been on a service call in three years or so. Not one is drilling in Michigan and only one of those customerd is turning and he is in south Florida trying to find oil. And one moved to ND but I think they are really slow or not drilling in ND either. For the last two -three years there has been very few permits for exploratory wells in Mich.
Not that Mich is much of an oil state but it is a small player.
