We had winter canola in 30 in rows. We farm on ridges mostly so we just no tilled it right down the recently harvested corn rows. It let us harvest with a JD row crop head to avoid reel shatter. Probably gave up some yield compared to narrow rows. Probably would try some again if the market was better.
