| I have a friend whose daughter and SIL placed a house on the market last year. It was a McMansion that they'd purchased from the developer years ago. It languished on the market for a year. After a couple price reductions, they had it under contract. My friend and I, concerned the deal would fall through, were holding our breath for the sale to close. But by the time the closing rolled around, they had TWO additional interested parties.
Looks like people are looking to get out of the big cities. | |
