North Central Texas | It's bad in the metroplex. People are buying whatever acreage is available and moving an RV in. Owners are taking possession of unfinished houses just to move here. Most are moving into homes with interior doors that will be installed later. It is taking over 6 weeks to get a railcar of lumber. 10 weeks to get windows. Doors are even father out. Went to Lowe's and home Depot Saturday to buy some 2x2s. They were selling ripped 2x4s. Lumber is in short supply. | |
