Are they like pigweed? We can toast them with a flame cultivator in corn. Pigweed are more susceptible than other weeds to a flame. The smaller the better, 6” is no problem.
Data I read says that waterhemp grows about 30% faster than redroot pigweed and Palmer about 50% faster than waterhemp.
I may have found the grandaddy of all waterhemp
