You're darn right it's a problem. Nothing, I mean nothing kills it once it's a foot tall, and it gets that tall faster than anything but corn. Tillage? No chance. Leave one tiny root in some moist dirt and that sucker turns up and grows. I first noticed it five years ago. Now it's what you say: everywhere.
