Hi John. Yes, I've been hearing a lot,.........I mean a lot, about the rotation theories. However, the unanswered question seems to be "WHAT?" are we supposed to rotate to?

I best check into the pythium theory. Maybe something there that we have not thought about. I guess turf is a known host for the pythium sorts of blight. Did'nt even think about that. Thanks.

The hairpinning thing is truely an issue. I have all the parts for putting a seperate set of coulters in front of the 1590, I just need to install them.

We're having a terrible time with mice and slugs. The dern slugs will now stay sub surface so I cant bait them. Even after all the rain and soil settling, those slugs still find the seed trench and follow it.
