| If concrete is done maybe not an option but the thing I forget to do and wish I would have was I should have moved my water softener out to the heater garage instead of in the basement, would have been simple enough to run a larger water line out and back in again instead of lugging salt bags down the steps, something I didn't think about when I was 30 but do now as I get older.
