NE ND | 8X10 doors. 10' ceiling at least. Mine has a floor drain. I rinse off cars in the winter as it has floor heat. Wish I had the height for a ceiling fan to help dry the floor. I have 9' ceilings. Install a hanging electric heater in the corner. Keep mine at 45 in winter but the electric heater will keep get it up to 70 in no time at all. Now I see your walls are up so kinda stuck on what you have. I put a utility sink in mine. Use it quite a bit. Wash hands, muddy boots, etc. Edit: I don't know why a sprinkler system isn't common in attached garages. If a guy had a car fire at 2 am it would be a bad deal.
