Anyone replaced the breakaway coupler in a 7000 series Deere.

After looking online I have two different styles. I don’t know how to install the old style back in though. I assume you just push it in and put the lock ring back on it


Yes. You probably need to change the o-rings in the barrel if you were working on them because the hydraulics settled, they were only 20something dollars for an 8100 a couple years ago. They can be a bear to push back in but mainly because there's nothing much to push against.
