Is there an accurate number of deaths associated with that outbreak in Sioux Falls?

When Smithfield in Sioux Falls had their outbreak the mayor declared a state of emergency, or it might have been a plan for one if things got out of control. They called it off after about 2.5 weeks. Although I wouldnt say SD is very comparable to Illinois on Covid policies.
