Subject: RE: Local State Of Emergency In Mendota Illinois

LaSalle Co. Illinois
The local nursing home had an outbreak. If I remember correctly from what the local radio news reported, 77 cases reported from there between residents and staff as of yesterday (Thursday). I forget if there has been 115 or 153 confirmed cases as of Thursday in Mendota since they started testing. The town has a population of about 7,000 more or less.

Earlier there was a bunch of cases that were confirmed when they were testing everybody at the meat packing plants. Quite a few people from Mendota work at the packing plant in Rochelle.

Went into town to get parts today, seemed mostly like business as usual. A few places with indoor dining have stopped serving indoors for the time being, couple bank lobbies closed is all I have heard being different so far.
