I also like to meld the ideas from many sources. Like you said, the core message is pretty consistent. They all vary a bit around the edges. Some like more plant food, some like less. But the core message of managing insulin levels all point to doing whatever it takes to keep from becoming insulin resistant or if you already are do whatever it takes to become insulin sensitive again.

Insulin resistance seems to be at the root of so many of our health problems.
