He was the first Dr that I watched when I got interested in low carb/keto.  Long ago you posted a link to him.  I think taking all this in from different views from different Dr's and putting it together is a good thing to do.  There are a lot of similarities to what they are telling us, some have a bit of a different way of getting there, but in the end it all basically all boils down to the same concept.  Eat like we were originally designed to eat and eliminate all the processed crap and don't worry if you don't get 3 squares a day.
