Central PA
We were on the western fringe of precipitation, got 0.7" from Isaias today which is about what we got than the entire month of July. Corn will pull thru but no bumper crop. High elevation (cooler) and heavy soils help. 30 miles south (two growing zones longer and 1400 feet lower) I hear they are cutting 3 foot tall corn with a haybine to salvage what they can.
