We are right in the middle of the 4 - 6" band on the above map, that would be a bit much but 3 " or so inches over 24 hrs would be ok. Hope not too get too much wind as we are still probably 3 weeks from black layer on most corn.
A good soaker would top off corn and give our soybeans a good start to pod filling so not really wishing it away.
