CNY | Retail milk is priced based on Class I as Brown Cow explained. Class I prices are rising: June-$11.42, July 16.56, August 19.78. We know August as this is set 4-6 weeks in advance so handlers can contract with vendors. This is being reflected at the store. Because of other class prices and the complexity of pricing formula how much of this will get to us I can't predict. Other Class pricing factors are generally up so pay price should be up. | |
