I have kind of noticed the opposite since going on the diet. Not nearly as much buildup between cleanings. My lower teeth were always the worst. Of course my blood sugar control is better now so that could be part of it.

We do the same as you every 6 months but with the virus we have completely missed the last dental appointment.

I know I had bleeding gums most of my life when I brushed and since changing diet I don't know how aggressive I would have to get brushing to make them bleed but they just never bleed any more.
