I stalled back in the spring. Figured out I was using to much artificial sweetener, for some people that can raise your insulin levels which makes it hard to loose weight.  Next I then did a couple of 24 hour fast during the next week.  That lead to a quick 10 pound loss.  

Don't remember if John Burns posted the link for what to do when you stall, but I watched a video with that topic.  I'll post it when I find it.
