Lancaster, OH | Good job! I think you can expect some plateaus as you lose so don't let that get you down. Just keep up the good habits and make adjustments that will help but that you can feel good about.
I lost 50# in a year (220-170) and I was miserable at the end as I felt I was hungry all the time. I've gone to a "keto-like" diet but I'm not denying myself watermelon and cantaloupe that I like, just small amounts.
My testosterone is lower than my wife's, I think. The last time I looked it was like 34. I did the gel replacement which is to be the best. I did feel better and had a bit more energy. However, I also have a prostate the size of a grapefruit and the T replacement can cause that to be worse so I stopped it. I'd love to be able to develop and maintain muscle better but I'd also like to pee when I want, as well.
