Carter Montana | I'm having fair luck bringing in .sid images by Geo-referencing using three points on a given field, but am finding on larger maps (farm size) my field boundaries I'm overlaying get farther off the farther away from the reference field I get (say ten miles). I understand in some states .Tiff files are already referenced and much more accurate and easy to import. Could somebody provide a quick explanation as i'm only familiar with .sid's. I'm using SMS Advanced.
