Hanby Mill, AL | I used a ZEP product once on new shop floor. Doing it correctly is a major, several day project. Acid washing, etching, drying in between, multiple applications. I spent $5-$10K and that was 20+ years ago. Everything done according to manufacturer’s specifications with a rep helping. Within a year we had major flaking and was repainting and patching.
