Pull the plug with the magnet and see if you have any metal chunks or if it is just the small silver filings. Clean up that oil in the picture if you decide to run awhile. Don't go over 500 hours between changing the reaction arm oil. We change at every engine oil change at 250 hours. You could buy some time but you are eventually going to have to tear it down and fix.
