Cut the carbs out and start eating fatty meat. Be advised though if you are on medications, particularly medications that are affected by blood sugar levels, those could be affected. Carbs are what make you hungry in a few hours after you eat them. Protein and fat satiates. But if you have been carb and glucose dependent for quite some time it may take a week or so to become a fat burner and not feel some weakness from your sugar levels going lower. John |
