Upcoming shoulder surgery has me off food at 10 pm before day of surgery which is normal but my surgery isn't scheduled until 3:30. I'm somewhat a baby in that I need my food every few hours unless I'm sleeping. Is there a diet that I can use to prepare in this next week for a 24 hour fast? Thanks
