I did post this in computer talk , Microsoft did a Windows 10 (and maybe bunch other) updates in June and its blocked printers from working... Says 'driver' issue...Son is pretty good computer guy and can't get it reprogramed for printer and same with his own printer....any service company like Best Buy or Staples anybody uses to fix this or just install new printer? (I did buy a new printer but hate to toss our old one out)
