I am really liking top sirloin steaks, a good cut is very tender without the fat of the ribeye and others.
Add a side of vidalia onions and mushrooms, things get very tasty. The sweetness makes a very nice addition. Try it sometime.
I’d rather have a tender sirloin as well. Sirloin actually has more beefy flavor than a ribeye. I end up trimming a good portion of the ribeye fat and gristle and throwing it away.
