A nice hand picked thick chuck roast grilled rare is probably my favorite. I never use to like sirloin as much, but lately I have been buying whole primals and aging them in my shop fridge 4 to 6 weeks before slicing into steaks. Oh boy these are good. I do this with ribeye too. Makes them so tender. I'm going to get a band saw so I can do short loins too.
